With more than 25 years of global experience leading compliance training at major financial institutions, Justin has spent his career preparing teams to make sound decisions when the stakes are high and the information is incomplete. Before launching FTC, Justin built and led compliance training programs at organizations including Bank of America, Citi, and Goldman Sachs, where he developed global learning strategies, crisis‑response training, and cross‑functional operational programs. His work has supported tens of thousands of employees across compliance, risk, fraud, operations, technology, and product teams. Justin founded the Fintech Training Center to close the gap between academic learning and real‑world execution.
